What a terrible moving experience. I would never use these movers again. I didn't realize on top of a move I'd be dealing with incompetent and misogynistic movers by choosing this company.
They were insanely rude, took advantage of me by not letting me know when they even left my first apartment and I had to call and follow up with them (after 40 minutes) and then had me pay double what my original quote was.
Absolutely avoid this company at all costs.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They destroyed some of my furniture that was in perfect condition prior to my move(crack in shredder, footprint from them standing on my desk, other pieces broken/dirty/damaged). They did not deliver my snow shovel to my new address. Overcharged me (did get credit for overcharge amount but did not receive a new invoice for the amount charged). Boxes marked fragile moved upside down. Have attempted to contact after service manager for several weeks with no response!!!
Amazing experience - made moving houses with 2 little kids so much easier than we expected! They arrived on time, put down these special mats on all our floors and had the truck packed and unpacked in less time than the quote. Nothing was damaged and they even checked with me about where to put boxes I forgot to label. We're not moving again for a very long time but I'll definitely recommend them to friends and family!
Terrific experience with these professionals. I'm happy for the job they did safely without damaging anything. My previous experience with another company was not satisfactory, but these guys made me laugh. Me & my wife, both loved their strategy to accomplish the moving. I will definitely be a repeat customer. :)
