The very angry comment that has been posted is surely an anomaly. We shop at this Loblaws frequently and find it has a great selection of goods, friendly service, and, yes, easy parking. Its one of my favourite grocery stores.

The owners of this store are excellent people to own and operate this store. I know these people personally and they are very honest owners and I know that they will and do treat their employees with respect and honestly. If I was looking for work I would not hesitate to contact them or to refer any other person I know to them to look out upcoming work.

I had the pleasure of having an associate named Heather assist me. I had to return 2 products that were spoiled..I did not have my receipt. I called the 1-800 No Frills help line, and they told me it was at the discretion of the store if I could get it replaced, without additional cost....Heather was exceptional. Carry a quite reasonable amount of products for a rural store.
Has handled the COVID-19 demands well. Have reusable cloth facemasks embroidered with Sharbot Lake is all in this together for $3.99. Good for community spirit.

This is my favourite store in Kingston! I love so many things about your store, fresh produce, bread, fish and meat products and prepared food. I have a suggestion. In the eating area there is no place to get a glass of water. Since I see you competing with Whole Foods, this is something they have and I do miss whenever I decide to have lunch while Im shopping. I love this store. The management has improved its appearance and overall quality over the past few years, but the family-owened store has always been a favourite among locals for its convenience, prices, garden centre and deli. The only grocery store on the eastern side of the river, it holds key importance for military families' busy lives. It is a local treasure with a family atmosphere that is welcoming in a way that is becoming rare among grocery establishments.
