    Hi Kayla, I really appreciate your comment on Yellow pages but it appears to be inaccurate given it's timing. Could you please update your comment with accurate info. We proceeded your laptop to Acer service centre and called you as soon as it came back. I thought it all took less then 10 days. Thank you, Ray
